How to delete your Scoracle account

How to Request Account Deletion

Send us an email

Email privacy@scoracle.co with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Include your phone number

Include the phone number associated with your Scoracle account so we can identify it.

We process your request

We will delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days of your request.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Account information: Your phone number and username
Predictions: All match predictions and bonus predictions
Group memberships: You will be removed from all groups
Chat messages: Your messages in group chats
Points and rankings: Your leaderboard data
Device tokens: Your push notification token

This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you rejoin Scoracle, you will start with a new account.

Data Retention After Deletion

After account deletion:

All personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
We do not retain any backups of deleted account data beyond this period.
Anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., total prediction counts) may be retained for operational purposes, but cannot be linked back to you.
